Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change and want to offer a fair and transparent refund process for all attendees.
Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@phagebiotics.org. Please include your full name, registration details, and reason for the request.
Eligibility: Refunds are available for cancellations made up to 14 days (2 weeks) before the official start date of the meeting, as advertised. Refund requests received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund due to financial and logistical commitments associated with the event.
Processing Fees: Approved refunds will be issued minus any applicable processing fees charged by third-party registration or payment platforms. These fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions: We recognize that exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies or denied visas) may arise. These will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and supporting documentation may be requested.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
